Label Tamanna takes pride in fine craftsmanship. Many of our creations—from signature sarees and lehengas to prêt wear—feature handwoven textiles and intricate hand embroidery.

Authenticity in Variation

Due to the artisanal nature of our garments, subtle variations in colour, texture, weave, and embroidery are natural characteristics of handcrafted luxury and should not be considered defects.

Colour Display

While we make every effort to display our garments as accurately as possible, variations in screen settings and device displays may result in minor differences in colour. The actual product will always reflect our quality standards.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to garment designs, prints, motifs, photography, branding, logos, graphics, and written content, is the exclusive intellectual property of Label Tamanna.

Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use of our designs or website content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) by default, with the option to view estimated pricing in local currencies for international customers.

Domestic prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Label Tamanna reserves the right to modify pricing, discontinue products, launch promotional offers, or alter product availability at any time without prior notice.

4. Global Shipping, Customs & Duties

We proudly ship our collections worldwide through trusted courier partners, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

Within India

Complimentary shipping is available across India.

International Shipping

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

Complimentary or discounted international shipping may be offered on qualifying orders from time to time.

Customs Duties & Taxes

All international shipments are dispatched on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

Any import duties, customs charges, local taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer and will be collected by the relevant courier or customs authority upon delivery.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

To maintain the exclusivity, quality, and hygiene standards of our garments, we follow a strict returns and exchanges policy.

Made-to-Order & Bridal Collections

As these garments are crafted specifically for individual clients, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on:

Custom-fit garments

Made-to-order pieces

Bridal collections

Standard Prêt Wear

Requests for size exchanges on ready-to-wear products must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

To qualify for an exchange, garments must be:

Unworn and unwashed

Free from stains, fragrances, or signs of wear

Returned with original Label Tamanna tags attached

Accompanied by original packaging

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

Once an order enters the production, weaving, dyeing, embroidery, or dispatch stage, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

6. Limitation of Liability

Label Tamanna shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

Delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors beyond our control

Technical issues affecting website functionality

Inability to purchase or receive products

We reserve the right to refuse service, limit quantities, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
